Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ek33e platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ek33e.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") apply to all users of the ek33e website and platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and payment facilities made available at ek33e.app. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the ek33e platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ek33e platform.
ek33e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
⚠️ These Terms contain provisions that limit ek33e's liability and require you to resolve certain disputes through specific procedures. Please read Sections 8 and 11 carefully.

Access to and use of the ek33e platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. ek33e reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You must not be self-excluded from ek33e or any other gambling platform through an active self-exclusion arrangement.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to another person without their explicit written consent.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using the ek33e platform. ek33e takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected underage access.
⚠️ 21+ Rule: By registering, you declare under your own responsibility that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
To use the ek33e platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each individual may register only one account. If you already hold an ek33e account, you must not create a second account for any reason, including to claim a welcome bonus a second time.
- You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number will be used for account verification, OTP authentication, and communication from ek33e.
- You must keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number or other registered details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.
- You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. ek33e will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- ek33e may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawal requests or as part of an ongoing account review. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request by providing requested documents within the timeframe specified.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ek33e support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 12 of these Terms.
ek33e uses SSL encryption on all account and payment pages. However, account security also depends on keeping your login credentials private. Never enter your ek33e password on any website other than ek33e.app.
All financial transactions on the ek33e platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ek33e does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability. ek33e reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- ek33e does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods. However, fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider are outside ek33e's control.
- Funds deposited into your ek33e account are held in a player wallet and may only be used for gaming activity on the platform. ek33e does not pay interest on player wallet balances.
In circumstances where ek33e has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, ek33e reserves the right to freeze funds pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking. Processing times are typically instant for deposits and within a few minutes for withdrawals once approved.
ek33e offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.
- Bonuses are credited to your ek33e wallet upon meeting the qualifying conditions specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- ek33e reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already awarded and in the process of being wagered will not be retroactively removed.
- Bonuses may not be used in combination unless a promotion explicitly states that combining bonuses is permitted. Where game-specific wagering contribution rates apply, these will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
ek33e monitors bonus activity to ensure fair and legitimate use. Where we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel any related winnings, and close the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek33e platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including for the purpose of placing bets or manipulating game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players, sharing strategies in organised groups for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of match-fixing on sports betting markets.
- Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account for any purpose.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring deposits to avoid detection.
- Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ek33e support or compliance teams.
ek33e employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits, and any outstanding balance or pending withdrawal may be forfeited in full.
⚠️ Fraud and collusion: ek33e shares information with third-party fraud prevention agencies and may report suspicious activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
ek33e is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of these Terms.
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) may be set by any player at any time via account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session time reminders can be activated to notify you at regular intervals during extended play sessions. These reminders are designed to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
- Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your ek33e account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened regardless of any request made by you.
- ek33e will not send promotional marketing communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion or has requested to be excluded from marketing communications.

Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility. ek33e provides the tools; using them is up to you. Players aged 21 and above only. Please play within your means.
All content on the ek33e platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ek33e or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from ek33e.
The ek33e name, logo, and all related brand elements are trademarks of ek33e. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of ek33e without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ek33e's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek33e's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.
- ek33e is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- ek33e is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond ek33e's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment system failures, or acts of government.
- ek33e does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.
- Where ek33e is found liable for any loss or damage, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ek33e account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ek33e's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ek33e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.
- You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse.
- ek33e has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe, or the documentation provided does not satisfy ek33e's verification requirements.
- You request account closure yourself. You may close your ek33e account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Where an account is closed by ek33e due to a breach of these Terms, ek33e will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so. In cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity, ek33e may be prohibited from disclosing the reasons by applicable law or at the request of law enforcement.
⚠️ Where an account is closed due to fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct, any balance in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited in full. ek33e will not be obligated to return any funds to an account closed on these grounds.
ek33e may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where a change is material, ek33e will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, such as by in-platform notification or email, prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the ek33e platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a new promotion.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ek33e platform. In the event of any dispute between you and ek33e, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting ek33e support using the contact details in Section 12.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate formal channels. ek33e will not be bound by any alternative dispute resolution process that it has not expressly agreed to in writing.
